One Mad Hatter

A very eccentric clown and the ring leader of the festival freaks, Jojo is one over zealous boss. She runs a famous traveling freak show comprising of strong man, talking animals, bearded ladies, Siamese twins, you name it. She even once had the world's smallest devil on display in her show, but the little blighter got away. An intelligent woman with a whip in hand who will do what she must to get back her star devil, Jojo is one clown you don't want to joke with.
